Hello!

I am a journalist and screenwriter from the great city of Youngstown, Ohio, who is now based in Los Angeles. I work as a senior staff writer at The New York Times and Wirecutter, where I report on human interest stories and products.

My nonfiction writing has been published by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Glamour, Tablet and Slate, among others. My pilot scripts have won or placed in multiple contests including Script Pipeline, Women’s Weekend Film Challenge, Final Draft Big Break, and ScreenCraft.
